To promote disc golf in West Virginia through organization, education, competition, and growth.
To increase the quality and quantity of disc golf activities by:
Teaching the fundamentals of disc golf, including the healthy benefits of sharing an outdoor activity with family and friends.
Overseeing and participating in maintenance and improvements to the courses in West Virginia.
Assisting in the development of new courses.
Giving back to the community in the process of building the sport.
Promoting disc golf through competitive and charitable events.
The purposes for which the Seth Burton Memorial, Inc. is formed are exclusively charitable, scientific, and/or educational within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code.”)
